The cost above is for a 6-hour time period which covers your set-up, event time and clean up. If additional time is needed, the cost is $50 per additional hour in Saxon Hall and $100 per additional hour in the Grand Ballroom. Minimum deposit of $100 to hold the date and $100 security deposit is required (security deposit to be refunded, if applicable, and will be refunded 2 weeks after the event)*.
*As long as the Hall is left in the manner it was rented and the rules and regulations of the contract were followed. All payments listed above and any other payments must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event (no exceptions). If claiming a member’s discount, that member must sign the contract and will be held responsible.
*Additional charge calculated per person for use of the Saxon Club plates, cups, etc. for the lower lounge. Less than 3 hours rental for lower lounge is available. Please contact the office to inquire on availability and rates.
