Host your wedding receptions, bridal showers and more in our affordable, beautiful, light-filled event spaces, each with capacity and options just right for your party. With the Saxon Club’s own in-house catering, save time and money and start booking your upcoming events with us.

We recently remodeled the Saxon Hall, also known as our enclosed Pavilion. With 10 tables seating 8 each, 80 guests can enjoy a small dance floor and space for a DJ that guests may book themselves. All of our spaces available to rent include:

The Saxon Club Bar/Lounge, Grounds and Parking Lot are also available for rental. Rates are available upon request.

The cost above is for a 6-hour time period which covers your set-up, event time and clean up. If additional time is needed, the cost is $50 per additional hour in Saxon Hall and $100 per additional hour in the Grand Ballroom. Minimum deposit of $100 to hold the date and $100 security deposit is required (security deposit to be refunded, if applicable, and will be refunded 2 weeks after the event)*.

*As long as the Hall is left in the manner it was rented and the rules and regulations of the contract were followed. All payments listed above and any other payments must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event (no exceptions). If claiming a member’s discount, that member must sign the contract and will be held responsible.

*Additional charge calculated per person for use of the Saxon Club plates, cups, etc. for the lower lounge. Less than 3 hours rental for lower lounge is available. Please contact the office to inquire on availability and rates.

From premium spirits to craft beer and our house wine, the Youngstown Saxon Club offers full bar service for your next event. Please inquire within to see our entire beverage selection for your guests.

Please note that if any alcohol is being consumed, you may be required to have a security officer present at their current rate of commission ($140 for a minimum 4-hour period and $35 for each additional hour).

All alcohol must be purchased through Youngstown Saxon Club. This must be paid 14 days prior to the event with price subject to change per their annual contract.

We kindly ask that nothing be attached to walls, ceilings, doors, blinds or light fixtures. Guests can load and unload in the back of the building, but cannot park there. You must immediately move your vehicle to the parking lot. This is a fire lane and your car will be subjected to being towed.

Catering Menu

All dinners are served with salad with choice of two dressings, dinner rolls, butter and choice of coffee or tea. Add 7.50% sales tax and 20% service charge to purchase.

Full service bar is also available.
